E-MED trolleys accepted onto NHS Framework Agreement

Posted on January 27th 2017

Following the successful launch in 2015 of Sidhil’s new E-MED variable height patient trolleys, the company is pleased to announce that these high performance products have been accepted onto the NHS Framework Agreement and will be available through NHS Supply Chain from 2016.

Designed to provide a safe and comfortable surface to support diagnostic and treatment procedures in the acute environment, the E-MED range includes a selection of two and four section models, offering flexibility for applications in A&E, hospital wards, day case surgery, x-ray and general transfers.

E-MED trolleys are configured to combine an ergonomic, slimline profile for ease of manouevrability whilst retaining a wide platform for patient comfort, complete with compass side rails for optimum safety, reliability and facilitating minimum gap transfers.

Complementing the E-MED range, Sidhil will launch their flagship patient trolley early in 2016. Known as the Seatline, this is a high specification, multifunctional three-section trolley with an x-ray transparent platform, suitable for a wide range of applications but developed specifically for day surgery and high dependency use.

Designed around optimum flexibility, ease of use, occupant comfort and safety, the Seatline is ideally suited to even the most critical applications. A single central pedestal actuator allows open access below the x-ray transparent platform, enabling imaging equipment to be operated above and below the back rest and leg rest sections.
